While we all have a lot to learn, we have access to expertise within our group and within ourselves. I want this group to be a place where we practice meeting our needs with resources available in our community.

• Coworking Time: Ask questions, get feedback, share resources, and get that thing you’ve been avoiding crossed off your to-do list.

• Hannah’s Support: From self-care advice to reading your sales page, I’m happy to support you in any way I can. I have a master’s degree in design, I’m trained extensively in nervous system regulation and somatic work, and I’ve been an entrepreneur since 2021. My style of support is focused on helping you trust your gut and find the answers within yourself, but I love giving my opinion too if you want it.

Yourself- come as you are! You don’t have to be in a “good mood” to join us.

Anything that will help you be comfortable- a water bottle, fidgets, headphones, etc. I trust you to know how to accommodate your body to get the most out of this group.

How Subscriptions Work:

You can purchase access to one support group meeting for $30 or get 15% off when you subscribe. If you subscribe your card will automatically be charged monthly until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime for any reason, but we ask that you complete at least two months of payment in exchange for the discount. Refunds are available if Hannah is notified at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting day and time.
