Calls will generally follow this format: group check in, 15-20 minutes of journaling, time to share with the group and receive support from Hannah and other group members
Meeting Dates: Every third Sunday of the month from 7:30-8:30 pm

How do I know if this group is for me?
-
This club is for everyone from beginners who have never journaled before to seasoned therapy goers. The only requirement is that you are wanting to connect with your body and able to be curious about the information it has for you.
-
Virtual club meetings are great for flexibility, accessibility, and people who love to be at home.
-
Are you ready to have your healing be witnessed? Your grief be held? And to witness others without giving advice or stepping in? The purpose of the club is to be present with others while taking care of yourself.
-
This club is an affirming space for all sexual and gender identities. There is a ZERO tolerance policy for hatred, judgment, and bigotry.
-
People of color have likely had different experiences than white people in life and while navigating their healing. If you are unable to hold those experiences as valid without explanation this is not the club for you. There is a ZERO tolerance policy for hatred, judgment, and bigotry.
Group Facilitator:
Hannah (she/her) is a queer somatic practitioner and trauma informed designer. Her approach to nervous system regulation and healing work is based on the belief that you already have everything you need to heal within you. You may need help accessing this information from your nervous system, but it is innate in each of us. She sees her role as a facilitator between you and this inner “knowing” as she calls it. She believes you are the expert on your life and ultimately you are the only one who knows what you need. Her work is consent based and she hopes to help participants connect with the sensation of no and feel comfortable expressing it to themselves and others. Read more about Hannah here.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we do ask that you complete two full billing cycles if you received the discount from the subscription.
If you are unable to join a monthly meeting please contact Hannah at least 24 hours ahead of time to receive a refund.

What is the difference between Take Care Club and Somatic Journaling?
Somatic Journaling includes an educational component exploring how to use journaling for nervous system regulation. This club is more casual and focused on practicing self care instead of practicing nervous system regulation. Take Care Club is great for anyone who is considering joining a Somatic Journaling group or for after Somatic Journaling to provide a structured place to practice at a lower price point.
